Convenience location for Bintaro area

Limited parking space, stayed 2 nights with both nights having a wedding reception, hotel guests could not get parking inside, late night have to go down to park the car inside the hotel premises

Far away from city centre making it long travel to and from city centre. Hotel partially renovated causing facility at some levels not as good. Aircon for my room (level 9) not functioning since day one but hotel cannot solve the problem and they downgraded me to standard room at level 6 but it is much newer and better room. So lookout for renovated rooms at level 5&6 I believe…..

Friendly staff and ambient.

Far away from city. If you need to travel to city centre very often this would not be an ideal hotel as travel time during peak hours will be about 1-2 hrs to and from city. Aircon not working well with my room, hotel can’t solve the problem so they downgraded my room. If you are going to book please choose level 5 or 6 which they completed the renovation and the room is much better. I got my last day downgraded to level 6 but the room is newer and better then my executive room at level 9

I was here for a late night check in, the staffs make the check in process quickly as I about to fell asleep. Nice breakfast buffet for this price point Location close to trans snow world

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very polite, great customer service overall.

The swimming pool, very isolated and narrow.

Reception staffs will identify you asap if you're a return guest. That to me gave a homey feeling. If you're lucky they will even know how you take your coffee.

None. But have to say you should avoid booking when there's a government conference or any event that involved state government meeting. The hotel will be fully booked.

I like the breakfast menu. It had lots of options and choices. The bedroom was also great. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

I had to wait for quite some time while doing check in because of a problem with the computer ... also, non-smoking room was not available, but the guy at check in compensated with an upgrade.

We paid till the 12th June we moved out 11thJune my son stayed till 12th they tried to charge him for the night if 11th Very embarrassing for us and my family this was a shame as we really enjoyed our stay in Jakarta the receptionists were friendly but misunderstood the booking reservation Mrs P Green

Breakfast was a delightful. Great quality Indonesian foods with a very good range from lontong sayur, tempe orek, chicken opor, and a number of options of sambals. They also have a western-ish corner, like toasts and pancakes. Staffs are the asset of this property. This hotel is not close with the Jakarta city, but the level of service and professionalism are top notch. Everything was very efficient, but the buffet at Kemban Sepatoe was really special. Room was a good size for us, got upgraded for $10 difference - we checked-in at midnight and the reception greeted us like no difference than if we checked-in at reasonable hours.

The plumbing in the shower was not tidy, the TV was not working properly.

The breakfast is OK, especially the traditional Indonesian foods (we have thousands variety of Indonesian foods, not only gudeg, ketoprak & nasi liwet). Location of the hotel is OK, near the supermarket and surrounded by lots of restaurants. Easy to access the toll road.

Dinner at Kembang Sepatoe Resto in the hotel on 19 Apr'19. I ordered fresh garden salad with vinaigrette dressing as appetizer & for main course was Italian food, pasta aglio o'lio. The pasta came first and followed by the salad. How come? The pasta without Tabasco (when I asked it) since it was not available in this hotel. Is that right? The vinaigrette dressing was without balsamic (or something acid), only oil & garlic. How come?

Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with a selection ofwestern and traditional food. All the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.

There is one mall and supermarket within walking distance. Otherwise a taxi is required. Fortunately taxi fares are incredibly cheap.

Check me and my daughter in the smoking room. I requested to change but don’t have on the 1st day but they managed to change 2nd day to non smoking. Everywhere i go, corridor, lobby and etc can smell cigarette smoke. Ventilations not good enough. Quite old interior. Shower water pressure not good.

The room is clean and near restaurant and malls. The staff are nice overall. The pool is nice too.

1.We took my 5 years old with us and it says in the website that child under 6 is free of charge. But that means you have to being your own towels for the child. Apparently towels are limited only for paying guest ( 2 adults in this case) even when we book for 3 guest. I had to "fight" my way to get 3 towels during our stay. 2. breakfast is cold when you come at 9 AM. So make sure to come early if you want to get some warm food on your plates. 3.there is not much to get for tea for breakfast. There is only one option of tea and if you want other than jasmin tea (the one that got served) you have to pay extra for a cup of English breakfast tea. 4. Our child got a common cold with fever during our stay and we had to stay in our room the whole day. When we called for breakfast in our room but we had only able to get breakfast for 2 despite their claim that child under 6 is free of charge. 5. The lobby smell is from some kind of flowers. I understand that they want a nice smell for their lobby but it was so strong that it triggered my parfum allergies. It was to a degree that I avoided to go through lobby at all cost and cover my nose during check in and out. Thankfully you dont have to go through lobby if you dont want to. 6. We had to registered our vehicle several times due to parking pass expired before our check out time. Thankfully my husband doesn't have parfum allergies 7. The housekeeping is knocking door at 8 am in the morning asking for laundry. If you have a jet leg that is very annoying, especially when you are on holiday and want to sleep in.

Still the location.

Wished all the shampoo and soaps are provided for 2 persons for a twin bed room (premier)... Even though we (2 guests) only stayed overnight (booked and paid for 2 rooms (815 & 818) but we would need two sets of shampoo and soaps.

Room is big, friendly and helpfull staff especially for children, breakfast is good, fully complete room facilities, full service, comfy bed and bathroom, wifi is good, food are good, and mostly like is... Our room is smooking room but when we entered the room there is like non smooking room, not smelling any smoke left... Very good.

The pool is not clean enough, when step on the pool some and a lot of sand will found and felt when step on inside the pool and the AC is not cold enough
